Stop counting. Start understanding.
The only tracker with a built-in AI coach that sees your whole day — and tells you what to eat to reach your goal. Photo, voice, barcode or video, in about 3 seconds.
Photo, video, voice or barcode — whatever is closest to hand.
Photo or video
A snapshot or a short clip — AI identifies the dish and counts calories and macros.
Voice
Say “I ate rice and an apple” in any of 9 languages — AI writes it down.
Barcode
Point the camera at the packaging — nutrition data appears instantly.
Text
Type the dish in words — AI breaks down the ingredients and fills in the grams.
From calories to fiber — the app sees your whole diet, not just the number on the scale.
When you see your whole diet at once, the things a scale never shows start to change.
No diets, no bans — just awareness and AI prompts.
You just watch
You photograph everything you eat — no judgement, no limits. AI counts it for you. By the end of the week you see your real diet for the first time.
You notice patterns
The AI coach points out “you're low on protein on Tuesdays” or “sugar is double the norm on weekends”. The first insight lands — you start seeing connections.
You change small things
Add protein at breakfast. Swap the second coffee for water. No diet — you just adjust what AI highlighted. Daytime energy climbs.
It's a habit now
You no longer need to “keep track” — you simply know what to eat. The choice became automatic. Better sleep, steady energy, a clear head.
Calories and macros follow your goal, your day and your activity — you only pick the direction.
Voice and text input work in your native language, with no translation in between — and you choose how the assistant talks to you.
Finally, something human
I tried a pile of trackers — all of them make you pick a product from a list of 200 items by hand. Here you just take a photo and AI works it out. In two weeks I lost 1.5 kg, because I can finally see how much sugar I eat.
The AI coach genuinely works
What surprised me is that the advice isn't generic, it's based on my data. I had little protein in the morning — by evening it told me to add chicken or fish to dinner. That's not a script, that's a smart app.
Voice input is a lifesaver
I'm on my feet at work, there's no time to photograph every dish. I just say into the mic what I ate that day — and it's all sorted out. Controlling sugar got far easier.
The best interface I've seen
It's simply beautiful. Nothing weighs you down, everything is one tap away. The ring progress is great, you see immediately how the day is going. Subscribed without a second thought.
Helped me figure out my energy
I set “more energy” as my goal and AI built a plan. After three weeks I genuinely stopped falling asleep after lunch — turns out my lunches had far too many fast carbs. I'd never have worked that out on my own.
Perfect for the gym
My goal is muscle gain. I used to miss 30–40 g of protein a day and couldn't understand why the weight stalled. Now it's all visible and AI reminds me to hit the target. Added 2 kg of clean mass in six weeks.

Sugar is the number nobody tracks
Everything people ask before their first week.
Is it free?
The app is free to download and you can log meals right away. A subscription unlocks the AI coach, full statistics and unlimited photo recognition, with in-app purchases available from the App Store page.
How accurate is photo recognition?
The model identifies the dish and estimates the portion from the frame, then shows the weight in grams so you can correct it in one tap. Corrections feed back into the next estimate.
Does it work without the internet?
Logging by text, voice note or barcode is stored locally and syncs when you are back online. Photo analysis needs a connection, because recognition runs on the server.
What happens to my data?
Your food history stays on the device and in your private iCloud container. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising, and you can delete everything from inside the app.
Can I add a meal for yesterday?
Yes. Pick any past day in the calendar and add the meal there — the daily totals and the weekly report recalculate automatically.
Which languages are supported?
Nine: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Russian. Voice and text input work in each of them without translation in between.
Does it read data from Apple Health?
Steps and workouts flow in from Apple Health, so calories burned are part of the same balance as what you eat.
Which iPhone do I need?
Any iPhone on iOS 15.0 or later. The app is about 159 MB and works on iPad in compatibility mode.
